Gi fabric tote bag, cut from the same pearl weave as the Shohei
The gi fabric tote bag uses the exact cloth of our Shohei gi: a white 450 GSM pearl weave. That is two to three times the weight of an ordinary cotton tote, and you feel it the moment you pick it up.

What gi fabric changes
An ordinary tote bag loses its shape within weeks. The handles stretch, the fabric puckers at the corners, the bottom eventually gives. Pearl weave was built to take full-handed grips for years.
So the bag holds its shape even half empty, and both handles are reinforced where they anchor, the first place a cheap bag fails.
The embroidery
One side carries a vertical composition, entirely embroidered: a golden rising sun, the two kanji 柔術 that read jūjutsu and give us jiu-jitsu, the words Athletes on the Mat Kimonos in red, and the brand emblem below.
Embroidered, not printed. The difference shows after ten washes: a print flakes and fades, embroidery lasts as long as the cloth it sits on. The close-up in the gallery also shows the honeycomb grain of pearl weave, which you will not find on any cotton tote.
What it is actually for
Standard tote format: a laptop, groceries, or a rolled-up training kit. It is not a gear bag, there is no separate wet compartment and no shoulder strap. It is an everyday bag in a material nobody expects to see on a bag.
It is sold separately from the Shohei gi. You do not need the gi to get the bag, or the other way round.
Care
Wash at 30 °C, air dry. The fabric barely creases. Skip the tumble dryer, exactly as you would with a gi: pearl weave shrinks with heat.
