A size that doesn’t fit, a model that isn’t quite right: you have 30 days to request an exchange or a return. Here is how it works, and who covers what.

You keep the model and change the size or colour. We ship the replacement back to you at no extra cost.

How it works
- Get in touch Through our contact form, stating your order number, the item concerned and the reason. For an exchange, tell us the size you need.
- We reply Within 24 working hours, with the procedure and the return address. We also confirm that the size you want is in stock.
- You send the item back In its original condition, with the tags attached, in packaging that protects the product. Keep your proof of postage.
- We process your request Reshipping within 3 working days for an exchange, refund within 10 days for a return, counted from the day we receive the parcel.

A gi tried on at home can still be returned. A gi worn in training cannot: this is how we guarantee every customer a brand new product.

If you would rather we arrange the return shipment for you, the corresponding cost is deducted from your refund.
Your right of withdrawal. Regardless of our own return policy, you have a statutory period of fourteen days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, with no reason required. This right applies to every item, including those bought at a reduced price.
Our 30-day policy goes beyond this obligation and adds to it.
Frequently asked questions
I tried the gi on at home, can I still return it?
Yes. Trying on a garment is normal and does not affect your right to return it. What matters is that the product has not been worn on the mat or washed, and that the tags are still attached.
The size I want is out of stock, what happens?
We tell you before you send anything back. You can then wait for the restock, choose another model, or turn the exchange into a refund.
Can I return an item bought from the final clearance section?
Yes. Your statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal applies to every item, whatever its price. The conditions regarding the state of the product remain the same.
I live outside France, can I return my order?
Yes. Return shipping remains at your expense, and the original shipping cost is not refunded. Get in touch and we will send you the return address.
How long does a refund take?
Within 10 days of receiving and checking the parcel. The refund is issued to the payment method used for the order.
My gi has a manufacturing defect after several months, what should I do?
Get in touch with photos and your order number. A manufacturing defect falls under the statutory warranty of conformity, which applies well beyond our 30-day return window.
