Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order. They appear automatically in the cart, before any payment, as soon as you have entered your delivery address. Delivery times start from the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Outside mainland France, free delivery does not apply: shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Outside the European Union, the times above do not include customs clearance on arrival, which is beyond the carrier’s control.
Customs duties and taxes outside the European Union. For destinations outside the European Union, including Switzerland and the United Kingdom, customs duties and local taxes may apply on arrival. They are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price shown.
Deliveries to French overseas territories are exempt from French VAT. A local tax, such as octroi de mer, may apply on arrival.
Tracking your order
- Order confirmation A summary email reaches you as soon as the payment is approved.
- Dispatch A second email gives you the tracking number and the carrier’s tracking link.
- Delivery The parcel is delivered to your address, or you are notified when it reaches the pickup point.

Returns and exchanges
Size exchange
Within 30 days of delivery, on a product never worn, never washed and with its tags attached. Return shipping is at your expense, reshipping the replacement is on us.
Send your request through our contact form, with your order number and the size you need.
Return and refund
Within 30 days of delivery, on a product unused, unwashed and complete. The refund is issued to the original payment method.

Frequently asked questions
How is the shipping cost calculated?
It depends on the total weight of your order and the destination. The amount appears in the cart as soon as you enter your address, before any payment. In mainland France, delivery becomes free from €130.
When is my order shipped?
Orders placed before 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped. Get in touch as soon as possible through our contact form, with your order number.
My parcel has not arrived on time, what should I do?
First check the tracking link sent by email. If the parcel has not moved for more than 5 working days, get in touch and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
What happens if I do not collect my parcel from the pickup point?
The parcel is held for 14 days, then returned to us. We then contact you to arrange a new shipment, the cost of which remains at your expense.
Do you ship to clubs and take bulk orders?
Yes. For orders of five items or more, get in touch and we will work out the shipping arrangements with you.
